P1Mitigators℠ AI Scope Scanners Now Available for Licensing — And We're Just Getting Started
AiScopeSCANNER™ and InsureFENCE℠ are now available for contractors nationwide — buy a single scan or embed the tools directly on your own website. Plus: InsureROOFS℠ and InsureTREES℠ are coming soon.
We Built These Tools Because Nobody Else Did
When insurance carriers send back a Scope of Loss document, they know most contractors won't catch what's missing. Material types get lumped into generic bid items. Linear footage disappears. Code-required upgrades are omitted entirely. And the contractor — who knows the actual job — either eats the difference or spends hours manually combing through Xactimate line items they may not even have access to.
We built AiScopeSCANNER™ and InsureFENCE℠ to solve that problem. These tools take a carrier's Scope of Loss document, run it through our proprietary AI engine, and produce a detailed missing-items report in seconds — not hours.
What the Tools Do
AiScopeSCANNER™ — Roofing Claims
Upload the roofing portion of any insurance Scope of Loss. The scanner compares every line item against current-month Xactimate pricing, Florida Building Code requirements, and manufacturer installation specs. It flags missing tear-off charges, underlayment omissions, drip edge, ventilation, code upgrades, O&P, and dozens of other items carriers routinely leave out.
InsureFENCE℠ — Fencing Claims
Same concept, built specifically for fencing. Carriers love to condense an entire fence replacement into one line item: "Fencing (Bid Item) — 1.00 EA." InsureFENCE℠ breaks it apart and identifies missing material specs, linear footage, fence height, post-depth requirements, removal and haul-off, permit costs, double-sided staining, concrete footers, and gate rebuilds.
Where the Data Comes From
These aren't generic ChatGPT prompts. Our AI is trained on real insurance Scope of Loss documents, actual Xactimate estimates, current building codes, and years of hands-on contractor experience. We update the data sets regularly so the tools reflect current-month Xactimate pricing and the latest code requirements.
That data — the specifics of what we've built, how it's structured, and what we compare against — stays proprietary. We license the tool, not the engine.
Now Available for Licensing
We use these tools internally for our own insurance restoration projects in Jacksonville. But contractors across the country deal with the same carrier games, so we made them available.
There are two ways to use them:
- Buy a single scan — AiScopeSCANNER™ is $79.95 per scan, InsureFENCE℠ is $49.95. Pay, upload, get your report.
- Embed on your own website — We offer embeddable versions of both tools that drop right into any website (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, custom — doesn't matter). Your customers use the tool directly on your site. You look like a tech-forward operation. We handle all the AI, data, and updates.
The embed option includes a Work Authorization (WA) bypass — homeowners in your service area can get a free scan by signing a work authorization with your company. It's a lead generation machine that also happens to produce a real, useful document.

Coming Soon: InsureROOFS℠ and InsureTREES℠
We're not stopping at fencing and roofing scope scanning. Two more tools are in active development:
InsureROOFS℠ — Coming Soon
A dedicated roofing scope scanner built from the same engine as AiScopeSCANNER™ but packaged specifically for roofing contractors and restoration firms. Optimized for speed, batch scanning, and integration into existing roofing workflows.
InsureTREES℠ — Coming Soon
The same missing-items analysis applied to tree removal and debris cleanup insurance claims. Carriers have been low-balling tree work for years — this tool will catch the gaps.
Who This Is For
If you're a fencing contractor, roofing contractor, restoration company, or public adjuster who handles insurance claims — these tools were built for you. They work across all U.S. markets. The data reflects current Xactimate pricing and applicable building codes regardless of state.
If you're interested in embedding the tools on your own site or just want to see what a single scan looks like, visit our licensing page or go straight to AiScopeSCANNER™ or InsureFENCE℠ to try one.
