Full Xactimate Reporting

Professional Xactimate estimating, supplements & carrier-ready documentation — available as a standalone service starting at $499

Handling the Claim Yourself? Did They Pay You Enough? Spot-Checking a Contractor?

Receive a detailed Xactimate® or Symbility/CoreLogic™ Damage Assessment Scope of Loss from our construction estimating experts — starting at $499.95.

Why Xactimate? Why You Could Need It.

Xactimate is the software insurance carriers use to create your Scope of Loss roughly 90% of the time. It's the industry standard — period.

Often, contractors will submit their own Xactimate estimate to the carrier ahead of time to ensure nothing is left out — preventing what's called a Supplement from needing to be created later.

Most carriers will "accidentally" forget basic rebuild elements, leaving off critical line items that save them thousands every single day.

By using Xactimate, there is no discrepancy on material or trade-labor costs in your area. This software is updated multiple times a year covering over 27,000 line items of material and labor costs.

So if it's a Des Moines, Iowa claim for roofing drip edge removal and replacement — Xactimate will have that zip code pricing vs. the same work in Miami, Florida.

If your claim is over $15,000, we highly recommend hiring a contractor that uses this software — giving them and you the best chances to get the money you'll need to meet today's building codes, Florida statutes, and more in getting you back to pre-storm conditions.

Our Xactimate reporting starts at $499.

Your Documents Are Protected

  • By law, your uploaded documents are protected under federal and state privacy acts. Your information is safe with us — guaranteed.
  • Any documents you upload will be automatically deleted 15 days after upload unless you hire us for services. No exceptions.
  • Your Scope of Loss is meant to immediately show your contractors what's COVERED in the LOSS and what's being PAID for — so they MUST see it. It's not top secret, and you should have no worries sharing it.
  • In times of extreme disaster recovery, many contractors will refuse to even work with you unless you can provide your Scope of Loss proving: A) you have insurance, and B) your damages and claim have been accepted and "Coverage Has Been Applied." At least the contractors who really know what they're doing won't move forward without it.
