P1Mitigators was created and is led by Dave Saitta — an InterNACHI-certified, FEMA-certified, Xactimate-certified storm recovery specialist who built the company on a simple principle: property owners deserve a single, trusted point of contact from first call to final inspection.
Dave and his team coordinate a vetted network of approved local trade specialists across Jacksonville, FL and Louisiana. Where our local team can't reach, we bring in outside professionals who meet the same standards — licensed, insured, and carrying workers' compensation coverage. Every contractor in our network is held to the same quality and documentation standards that P1Mitigators is known for.
From emergency tarping after a hurricane to Xactimate estimates that get you paid, Dave oversees every project personally and ensures nothing falls through the cracks.
