Born in Texas and raised in Brevard County, Florida, Dave Saitta began his career in the restaurant industry — working his way from dishwasher to banquet/sous chef at the Rialto Hilton before college.
He earned a B.S.B.A. in Management from the University of Central Florida and later pursued an Executive MBA through the University of Phoenix.
Dave spent 18+ years in digital marketing — including time with New York Life, Yellow Pages/YP, and smaller agencies across Orlando and South Florida — before transitioning into the roofing and restoration industry.

Following Hurricane Ida (2021) in Louisiana, Dave ran roofing sales, marketing, and restoration inspections. That firsthand storm recovery experience — combined with years inside major roofing operations — led him to found P1Mitigators, specializing in packaging residential storm damages to insurance carriers.
Since 2024, he also serves as Operations & Corporate Accounts Manager at 904Tree.com in Jacksonville, FL.
