4a. File Upload & Data Retention Policy

  • Upload Limit: All visitors are limited to a maximum of 15 file uploads per IP address within a rolling 90-day window. This limit applies across all upload features on the website, including fence project photos, obstacle photos, lot plan uploads, insurance document uploads, ID uploads, and any other file submission tools.
  • Automatic Deletion: All uploaded files are automatically deleted from our servers after 90 days from the date of upload. This includes photos, documents, lot plans, insurance scopes, identification uploads, and any other files submitted through our website.
  • Purpose Limitation: Uploaded files are used solely for the purpose for which they were submitted — typically project estimation, insurance claim coordination, or contract processing. Files are not used for marketing, shared with unrelated third parties, or retained beyond the stated period.
  • Right to Early Deletion: You may request early deletion of your uploaded files at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Include your name and a description of the files you would like removed. We will process deletion requests within 5 business days.
  • Upload Tracking: We track the number of uploads per IP address to enforce the 15-upload limit and to prevent abuse of our systems. This tracking data is retained for the same 90-day rolling window and is automatically purged thereafter.
