Embedded Tool Terms of Use

1. Ownership & Intellectual Property

AiScopeSCANNER™, InsureFENCE℠, and all related AI-powered insurance analysis tools (collectively, the “Tools”) are the exclusive property of Proxy1MEDIA LLC, operating as P1Mitigators. All trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, code, algorithms, prompts, data models, and proprietary methodologies embedded within the Tools are protected under United States intellectual property law.

Unauthorized reproduction, reverse engineering, scraping, crawling, data extraction, or redistribution of any Tool content, output, or underlying technology is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal penalties.

2. Not Legal, Insurance, or Professional Advice

All reports, analyses, and outputs generated by the Tools are AI-generated, for informational purposes only, and should not be construed as legal advice, insurance appraisals, licensed adjustments, or professional recommendations.

Users should always consult a licensed public adjuster, insurance attorney, or qualified professional before making decisions related to insurance claims, policy interpretation, supplement filing, or legal disputes.

3. No Guarantee of Results

The Tools analyze uploaded documents using artificial intelligence trained on historical insurance scope data. No guarantee is made that:

• • Your insurance claim will increase in value
• • Any specific line item identified as “missing” will be approved by your carrier
• • The pricing comparisons reflect your specific geographic area or policy terms
• • The AI analysis is free from errors, omissions, or inaccuracies
• • Any supplement filed based on this report will be successful

Results will vary based on policy terms, carrier, state laws, document quality, and other factors outside our control. Past performance or example results do not guarantee future outcomes.

4. Third-Party Websites & Partner Embedding

The Tools may be displayed on third-party websites (“Partner Sites”) via iframe embedding. When you access a Tool on a Partner Site:

• • The Tool is operated by P1Mitigators / Proxy1MEDIA LLC — not by the Partner Site
• • The Partner Site has no access to your uploaded documents, email address, or personal information
• • All data submitted through the Tool is transmitted to and stored by P1Mitigators
• • The Partner Site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a representative of P1Mitigators unless explicitly stated
• • P1Mitigators is not responsible for the Partner Site's content, privacy practices, or terms of service

Partner Sites are authorized to display the Tools but are prohibited from modifying, altering, obscuring, or removing any branding, disclaimers, or attribution.

5. Payment Terms

Certain Tool features require payment or execution of a Work Authorization before access is granted.

All payments are processed by Stripe on behalf of Proxy1MEDIA LLC. Payment receipts are issued by Stripe. P1Mitigators does not store credit card numbers.

Refund Policy: Because the Tools deliver instant AI-generated analysis upon submission, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a scan has been initiated and a report generated. If you experience a technical failure preventing report delivery, contact [email protected] for resolution.

6. Work Authorization & Contingency Agreement

Users who choose the “Free with Work Authorization” option agree to the following:

• • You authorize P1Mitigators (Proxy1MEDIA LLC) and/or our designated partner contractor to act on your behalf regarding your insurance claim
• • This authorization includes inspection, documentation, estimate preparation, supplement filing, and restoration work
• • A formal Work Authorization / Contingency Agreement will be sent to your email for review and execution
• • Cancellation fee: A cancellation fee of up to 25% of the estimated claim value may apply if you cancel after work has been initiated, inspections completed, or supplements filed on your behalf
• • The digital signature (name, checkbox consent) provided in the Tool constitutes a preliminary authorization only — the full legal agreement will be provided separately

Nothing in this authorization establishes an attorney-client, public adjuster-client, or fiduciary relationship. P1Mitigators is a project coordination firm.

7. Data Collection & Handling

When you use the Tools, the following data may be collected:

• • Email address — used to deliver your report
• • Phone number — collected for Work Authorization follow-up (when applicable)
• • Property address — collected for Work Authorization follow-up (when applicable)
• • Uploaded documents — stored securely in cloud storage for processing and reference
• • IP address — used for rate limiting and abuse prevention
• • Partner/referral source — tracked for attribution

We do not: sell your data to third parties, share uploaded documents with anyone other than P1Mitigators team members, or use your documents for any purpose other than generating your requested analysis.

Uploaded documents are processed by AI (large language model) for analysis purposes. The AI provider does not retain your documents after processing. For details on our general privacy practices, see our Privacy Policy.

8. Acceptable Use & Restrictions

By using the Tools, you agree not to:

• • Scrape, crawl, copy, or extract content, code, or outputs from the Tools
• • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to access the underlying algorithms or prompts
• • Submit fraudulent, fabricated, or altered insurance documents
• • Use automated scripts, bots, or tools to submit excessive requests
• • Redistribute, resell, or sublicense Tool access or outputs without written authorization from Proxy1MEDIA LLC
• • Remove, alter, or obscure any trademark, copyright, or attribution notices
• • Use the Tools to commit insurance fraud or any illegal activity

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access, IP banning, and referral to law enforcement where applicable.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROXY1MEDIA LLC, P1MITIGATORS, THEIR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• • Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Tools
• • Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in AI-generated reports
• • Decisions made based on Tool outputs, including insurance claim decisions
• • Loss of revenue, profit, data, or business opportunity related to Tool use
• • Actions taken or not taken by insurance carriers, attorneys, public adjusters, or contractors based on Tool outputs

In no event shall total liability exceed the amount paid by the user for the specific Tool session giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Proxy1MEDIA LLC, P1Mitigators, and any authorized Partner Sites from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Tools, violation of these terms, or submission of fraudulent or inaccurate documents.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Tools shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Duval County, Florida.

12. Modifications

Proxy1MEDIA LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of the Tools constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
