Currently only in Jacksonville, but soon expanding, P1Mitigators is a coordinated team of vetted, professional trades contractors using state-of-the-art AI-Backed estimating tools that promote open communication and clear, defined expectations — for both the customer and the trade contractor — of what needs to be, has to be, and can't be done.

All supported by a project management tool for scheduling, plus individual profile pages for our contractors to help them market, explain, and validate their own services within our umbrella of resources.

We only work with proven tradesmen and women who carry the necessary credentials to bid on all related jobs — and we offer our support to help build these trade partners up, whether it's a simple Google account build, licensing applications, workers' comp suggestions, or even on-site operational estimating and job-completion management with their crews and more.

We are compensated by our trades partners, who offer a reduction of their normal service costs in trade for helping them gain more business, provide on-site estimates, use our estimating software and platform, and — in some instances — handle their digital marketing and website/lead management as well.
