Created by P1Mitigators℠ founder David Saitta and owned by Proxy1MEDIA LLC, the tools use artificial intelligence to analyze insurance carrier Scope of Loss documents and instantly identify missing, underscoped, or omitted line items. Both tools compare against current-month Xactimate regional pricing and applicable building code requirements.

Embeddable Technology for Any Contractor Website

In addition to per-scan purchases, P1Mitigators is now offering embeddable versions of both AiScopeSCANNER™ and InsureFENCE℠ that can be integrated directly into any contractor's website — regardless of platform. The embedded tools work on WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, and custom-built websites using a simple iframe embed code.

Every contractor in the country deals with carriers who leave line items off the scope. Now any contractor can put the same AI engine on their website and offer their customers a professional-grade scope analysis."

Work Authorization Lead Generation

The embedded tools include an optional Work Authorization (WA) bypass feature. Homeowners within a partner contractor's service area can receive a free scope scan by signing a digital work authorization. This provides the contractor with a qualified, signed lead while the homeowner receives an immediate, detailed analysis of their insurance claim.

InsureFENCE℠ performs the same analysis on fencing insurance claims, identifying missing material specifications, linear footage, removal and haul-off charges, permit costs, post-depth requirements, and more. Single scans are available for $49.95.

Expanding the Platform: InsureROOFS℠ and InsureTREES℠

P1Mitigators has announced that two additional AI scope scanning tools are currently in development:

• InsureROOFS℠ — A dedicated roofing scope scanner optimized for batch processing and integration into roofing contractor workflows.
• InsureTREES℠ — An AI scope scanner for tree removal and debris cleanup insurance claims, addressing a segment of the market with historically poor scope documentation from carriers.

Release dates for both tools have not been announced.

Anti-Scrape Protections

All embedded tools include built-in protections against unauthorized copying, scraping, or reverse engineering. Rate limiting, anti-copy controls, and usage tracking are active on all deployed instances.
