What Happened
P1Mitigators approached Charles & Chrystal Odom the day after Hurricane Helene struck their property at 5024 Hammock Trail, Lake Park, GA 31636.
We signed a contingency agreement for all tree removal, roofing, and related work. We fed the homeowners for 2 days, let them use our generator, purchased fans, and moved their cars to safety.
We met with the insurance adjuster and got 95% of ALL tree removal, roof damage, and interior damage paid for by the carrier.
Despite all of this — the Odoms stiffed us 100%. Zero payments received.
To make matters worse, Steve Quinn with Veteran Renovation & Construction LP committed tortious interference by stepping in and holding back payments that were owed to P1Mitigators.
Steve Quinn then abandoned a 74-year-old woman (whose husband had passed away) to defend herself in court rather than face the consequences of his interference.
P1Mitigators won $24,000 in Superior Court on October 17, 2025 for tree removal services.
P1Mitigators won an additional $3,341 in Magistrate Court on December 11, 2025 for temporary repairs.
Total judgment awarded: $27,341.00. Justice served.
