What Happened
Anthony Baggs called us out via a Google Ad for a roof inspection after a windstorm hit his property at 15818 Rachel Creek Dr, Jacksonville, FL 32218.
We performed a 5-minute inspection and Baggs signed a roofing repair contingency agreement on the spot.
We then performed dangerous temporary repairs on a 7/12 pitch roof with excessive granular loss. Over 3 trips and 5+ hours on site, we made temporary repairs to protect the home from further water damage.
We met with the insurance adjuster and walked the roof together. The carrier ultimately denied the claim.
After the denial, Anthony Baggs cut off all contact. Zero phone calls returned. Zero emails answered.
P1Mitigators followed proper legal procedure: certified mail, pre-lien notices, and ultimately filed a property home lien against the residence.
The case has been turned over to our law firm for collection of the $1,116.45 owed for services rendered.
