Services Provided

Doorstep help — explaining the claim process to the homeowner.

Documentation and photos of the damage.

Inspections of the property.

Estimating and Xactimate scope preparation.

Emergency tarping when needed.

Match-making and coordination of independent licensed and insured trades.

P1Mitigators™ coordinates trades.

It does not perform the trade labor itself.

What P1Mitigators™ Does Not Do

P1Mitigators™ is not a public adjuster and does not claim to be one.

It does not interpret policy language, give legal advice, or negotiate the settlement.

Compensation — ____

This is a volume-versus-payout structure.

At the time of arrangement, the homeowner and P1Mitigators™ choose either a percentage of the work performed or a fixed dollar amount.

The chosen fee type and amount are written into this agreement at signing: ____.

The fee is due when the work is performed and the funds for that work are received.

The deductible and the repair costs are owed separately to the performing contractor.

The homeowner shall not bypass P1Mitigators™ to avoid the agreed fee.

The fee applies to each payment received for the coordinated work.

Cancellation

The homeowner may cancel this agreement in writing within 3 business days of signing without owing any fee.

After 3 business days, the fee applies to any work already performed and funded.

Written cancellation must be sent to [email protected] or delivered in person.

Cancellation does not relieve the homeowner of any fee already earned for work completed before the cancellation date.

Acknowledgments

I authorize P1Mitigators™ to provide claims support and trade coordination for my property and agree to the fee of ____, due when the work is performed and the funds are received.
