What Happened
Dante Ursin called us out for a leaking roof at 3545 Raymur Villa Dr, Jacksonville, FL 32277. A prior roofer had already given up on him.
P1Mitigators patched the roof and discovered that a prior insurance claim had been filed and denied.
We recovered the photos from the 1st roofer who had given up, resubmitted the claim to the carrier with proper documentation, and got the ENTIRE roof approved — 100% coverage, over $12,000 — where the first roofer had failed and the claim was denied.
Despite P1Mitigators successfully getting his entire roof approved after another contractor gave up, Dante Ursin made zero payments. Not a single dollar was received for services rendered.
A signed contingency agreement from LAND Roofing is on file. A property lien has been filed and the case has been turned over to our law firm for collection.
