P1Mitigators™

For Homeowners

Your Project Manager for Insurance Claim Repairs.

The insurance carrier funds the job.

Licensed contractors do the work.

P1Mitigators™ keeps it organized, on track and done right.

Why P1Mitigators™

Why we’re a good fit for your project.

We screen the contractors.

Every trade is checked for a valid license, liability insurance, workers’ comp and a registered business name.

No paperwork, no job.

We set the benchmarks.

A clear line-item scope (Xactimate) for every trade.

Everyone knows what “done right” looks like before work starts.

Punch lists hold contractors accountable.

We walk the job with you and list anything unfinished or not right.

Final money is not recommended until every item is checked off.

Jobsite supervision — when available.

When scheduling allows, we visit the jobsite during the work.

Progress photos and notes go in your job file.

Lien release protection.

Contractors must hand over signed partial and final lien releases (Florida Statute § 713.06).

That protects your home from a contractor or supplier lien after you pay.

Billing & payments — organized.

One point of contact for invoices, milestones and draws.

We tell you when Supplement or Recoverable Depreciation money is released.

Your claim file, documented.

Photos, video, measurements and receipts in one place.

Shareable with your adjuster from a simple link.

Multiple trades, one point of contact.

Roof, tree, fence, tarp, water, interior — coordinated together.

You don’t have to chase five different companies.

The Process

How it works, step by step.

  1. 1

    Inspection & documentation.

We document the damage and write the line-item estimate.

  2. 2

    Screened contractors assigned.

Licensed, insured trade contractors are matched to each part of the job.

  3. 3

You sign the Project Manager Addendum.

A short form naming P1Mitigators™ as Project Manager for your project.

  4. 4

    Work is scheduled and tracked.

Benchmarks, progress photos and supervision when available.

  5. 5

    Punch list walk-through.

Anything not finished or not right gets fixed.

  6. 6

    Lien releases, then final payment.

Signed lien releases come in before final funds are recommended.

Straight Answers

What P1Mitigators™ is — and is NOT.

We ARE

A construction administrator and Project Manager.

Paid by the contractors — not by you.

On the job to keep every party organized, open and honest.

We are NOT

Not a public adjuster or attorney.

We do not interpret your policy or advise on your policy rights.

We do not negotiate your claim settlement.

We do not perform the trade work — licensed contractors do.

Policy questions go to your insurance carrier, a licensed Public Adjuster, or an Attorney.
