Contractor:

This agreement is between P1Mitigators™ and the Contractor named above and signing below.

P1Mitigators™ helps sell retail work for the Contractor; the homeowner contracts directly with the Contractor.

Sales & Administrative Support

P1Mitigators™ helps sell the job, obtain signed Contractor contracts and work authorizations, and coordinate paperwork and payment collection.

P1Mitigators™ does not oversee the job or its work processes; we only check in to make sure things are on track.

Sales Fee — ____%

For retail work sold by P1Mitigators™, the Contractor pays P1Mitigators™ ____% of each payment received for that work.

Payment to P1Mitigators™ is due within 5 days of the Contractor receiving the money or the funds clearing.

Job Acceptance & Deposits

The Contractor may decline a proposed job before accepting it without owing P1Mitigators™ a fee for that declined job.

The Contractor sets its own pricing and down-payment terms with the homeowner and may wait to start until those deposit terms are met.

Contractor Responsibilities

The Contractor remains responsible for its own work, work processes, workers, licensing, permits, safety, warranties and required business coverage.

Pre-lien and property lien notices are submitted free of charge through third-party legal entities as required.

For retail work sold by P1Mitigators™, the Contractor pays P1Mitigators™ ____% of each payment received for that work.

Payment to P1Mitigators™ is due within 5 days of the Contractor receiving the money or the funds clearing.

The selected percentage applies to each deposit, progress payment and final payment received for that work.

The Contractor shall not bypass P1Mitigators™ to avoid the agreed sales fee.
