Concrete Insurance Claims — Built, Submitted and Tracked for Concrete Contractors

You pour the concrete.

We build the claim file the carrier needs to see.

Square footage, thickness, removal, haul-off, forms and rebar — line by line.

How It Works

1

You send the job

Photos, measurements, notes and any carrier paperwork.

2

We build the file

Every line item quantified, with notes and photos attached.

3

We submit it

The claim package goes to the carrier, organized the way they review it.

4

We track it to payment

Offers, supplements and payments are tracked until the job is paid.

The P1Mitigators™ Claim Tracker

Every Claim Is Tracked to Payment

Not filed and forgotten.

Every claim moves through six stages until the money is released.

You see the stage, the dates and the dollars — and so does your customer.

  1. 1Paperwork Submitted
  2. 2Coverage Applied
  3. 3Offer Sent
  4. 4Offer Accepted
  5. 5Supplement Filed
  6. 6Payment Released

Who Is Tracking Your Claims Right Now?

Be honest.

If any of these sound familiar, money is being left on the table.

Your office admin is doing this?

One person, juggling phones, payroll and permits.

Claims get worked when there is time left over.

There never is.

Your significant other is doing this at the kitchen table?

Nights and weekends, chasing adjusters on hold.

No system, no dates, no dollar trail.

That is not a claims department.

How do you report this to the home or business owner?

They want to know where their claim stands.

A text that says "still waiting" does not build trust.

A stage, a date and a dollar amount does.

Your Google Drive is filled with thousands of scattered pictures and notes?

Photos with no address, no date and no trade.

Notes nobody can find when the carrier asks.

If you cannot find it, you cannot get paid for it.

You use "Hope & Pray" as a strategy?

You are pulling money from the largest institutions in the world — insurance carriers.

They have full-time staff, software and lawyers.

Hope is not a line item.

Your job management program (JobNimbus, AccuLynx, Jobber) "holds" this info?

Those programs schedule crews and send invoices.

They do not build the claim file, file supplements or track carrier payments.

Holding information is not managing a claim.

You immediately turn it over to a Public Adjuster or law firm?

Then you wait.

When the checks come in, the contractor can get kicked to the curb.

You did the work — you should know where the money is.

You are a G.C. keeping the homeowners and subs in the dark?

Hoping nobody will know better, ask, or hold you accountable.

Somebody always asks.

A tracked file protects you when they do.

How are you tracking one job to the next — one storm from the other?

Every closed claim should make the next one faster.

Better SOPs, insurance, marketing, training and legal records.

That only happens when every claim is tracked to payment.

There is a better way.

P1Mitigators™ builds the file, submits it and tracks every claim to payment.

Questions

When is concrete part of an insurance claim?

Often when a fallen tree, vehicle or heavy equipment damages a driveway, walkway or patio during a covered loss. The carrier decides coverage. We document and submit.

Can you list removal and haul-off separately?

Yes. Saw cutting, removal, haul-off, forms, rebar and pour are each their own line items with notes.

Do you pour concrete?

No. Your company does the concrete work. P1Mitigators™ handles the documentation, estimate, submission and tracking.

Is P1Mitigators™ a public adjuster?

No. P1Mitigators™ is a claims management and contractor support company. We document, estimate, package, submit and track the claim file for the contractor. We do not interpret insurance policies or negotiate coverage.

How do you get paid?

Two ways. A percentage of the claim for full claim setup and management, or a flat fee for the submission only. The terms are set in a signed agreement before work starts.

Do I have to sign a contract?

Yes. Contracts will be signed and upheld. If you are unable to agree to that, we are not able to help.

What if I only want a quick scope check?

Use the AiScopeSCANNER™ for $79.95. Upload the carrier scope and get a line-by-line review without hiring us for full claim setup and management.
